IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR POSITIVE AND CREATIVE SOLUTIONS, SOLUTIONS WHICH EXPRESS YOUR UNIQUE POTENTIAL, HELPING YOU LIVE YOUR LIFE THE WAY YOU'VE ALWAYS WANTED TO, THEN WORKING WITH THE ANGELS AND ARCHANGELS IS THE WAY TO GO!
Each of the four major Archangels, Uriel, Gabriel, Michael and Raphael has a specific gift to offer which, will help you achieve the best possible results with the least hassle. It could even be lots of fun!
One of my favourite angels is ARCHANGEL URIEL. He is a very positive and yet peaceful energy to work with, and is often seen carrying a staff representing his great wisdom. However its also a symbol of the great support and upliftment he and the rest of the Angels are offering to the human race at this time of great change. He really puts the positive into positive thinking. There have been a great number of books written on the way that positive thinking can really transform your life, but Archangel Uriel did it for me.
Give up your cotton wool thinking
Archangel Uriel isn't one for what I call 'cotton wool thinking' - clear thinking is the order of the day, he's a one for focus. His energy helps you really identify what you want out of life, and then keep focused on it. It's quite common for people to say one thing, but mean something else entirely when you get right down to the real nitty gritty. Call on Uriel. He will take you right back to the bare bones of any situation, making sure you really clarify what you want out of life. For instance do you really want or need a spanking brand new all singing and dancing car, or are you really looking for a more comfortable vehicle that you can really rely on?
CHECK: How often have you allowed yourself to become distracted by other peoples demands and then regretted it? Check out how many times during your day you are subject to 'cotton wool thinking' The rule is, if you are happy doing what you do you are going in the right direction. But the minute you start doing something purely because you feel its expected of you, you could be heading off course. It is important to stay focused on what you need to achieve in your own life. Its what makes you tick!
Give yourself the Space to go there! How do you see the problem.
How can you really identify what it is you want in life, if you don't give yourself the space to think your options through? Most people get so eaten up by the demands of day to day living, but you still need space to identify your needs. For instance so many people get bound up in the problem there's no space for a solution. If we become over anxious, and stressed we naturally tighten up. We need to create some space for creative thinking. Call in Uriel to assist you!
CHECK: How much ME time do you allow during your day! Real me time, that doesn't me sitting fretting about the rest of your day (focusing on the problem), but giving yourself the treat you need to vitalise.
There's always a creative solution to any problem no matter what! And it's already there ready and waiting for us to discover it, if we give ourselves the space.
Most people focus on the problem rather than the solution, with less than perfect results. When we make that the main focus of attention, we become over anxious and tense. Sometimes we get so distressed we can't even begin to function normally. Yes, of course we want to find the solution of course we do. But we have to alter our priorities. FINDING THE SOLUTION SHOULD BE UPPER MOST IN OUR MINDS NOT THE PROBLEM ITSELF.
CHECK: This is quite an enormous shift in perception. When we make the SOLUTION our priority we are sending a message out to the Universe that we TRUST the solution is already there, waiting for us to implement. When we trust that the solution is there, adn that our Angels are working to bring it to our attention then we can surrender to the process. How many times during the time do you find you have worked yourself to a frazzle worrying about the problem, rather than considering the solution?

In this very difficult time in our planet's history, angels are here to guide us, and help us live in harmony with the world around us. If we are having a difficult time of it, they will be there for us. That doesn't mean they will do all the hard work for us, but their presence can give us the courage to move forward in our lives when necessary. Here is a beautiful angel story.
One night I had driven to see a girlfriend who lives near Bracknell in Berks. Anyone who knows Bracknell will know that it is all roundabouts and office blocks - not my favourite place I have to admit, so whenever I visited a friend I used to go across country, through a forest and farmland, instead of through the town centre. That route though it was pretty had very few houses and those were the days before mobile phones.
When I got back in the car to return home I heard this voice in my head saying 'Go home through Bracknell'. I protested saying, 'But you know I don't like Bracknell'. Silence. 'OK.OK! I'll be obedient' I got to the first roundabout where I should have turned left to get home, but the voice said to keep going straight. I started to protest, but then was told just to be obedient and listen, so I headed off away from home, very puzzled. At the next roundabout I was permitted to turn left and head for home.
I was driving a little Renault 5 in those days and when I got to a mini roundabout just below the Renault garage, all my warning lights came on. I pointed the car up the ramp to the garage and had just enough impetus to arrive right outside the service door where my radiator blew up!
It was night, so obviously they were closed, but I wrote a note and pushed my keys through their letter box, then went to the house next door where the owners let me use their phone and I rang my friend to come to pick me up and take me home. 'You were lucky!' she said. 'Luck had nothing to do with it' I replied.

Archangel Michael, the leader of all the Archangels is the BRINGER OF LIGHT. Although his energy can be fiery, passionate and extremely hot, it's Michael who encourages us to live and play in the light, rather than in constant uphill struggle. When we look out into the night sky on a blustery winters evening, we know that the stars are still out there, even though they can't be seen. And so, even in our darkest moments, Archangel Michael is always there to guide us towards light at the end of the tunnel. He will guide us when we are at our most vulnerable..
Archangel Michael helps us remember who we are - BEINGS OF LIGHT in a human overcoat. Understanding this is really empowering and can helps us make dramatic changes in our lives. We can make a difference, we do have choices, and certainly don't have to accept things just the way they are. Working with the light creates a brand new reality, which means embracing the innocent and playful nature of a child, in a way that sometimes we, as full grown adults have forgotten.
THIS MEANS WE CAN HAVE FUN DOING WHAT WE LOVE TO DO IN LIFE WITHOUT QUITE SO MUCH OF THE HASSLE!
I can already hear cries of protest - 'yeah - right, tell me about it. And I have to admit that once upon a time, I would have joined your protest. And yet, have you ever started out doing something you really wanted to do, say in your career,, then lost your motivation? I feel it's the childish delight which gets lost amid the welter of responsibility heaped on our shoulders. But 'the playful child' is closely linked to our creativity (and of course the light), and without it life can indeed feel a complete struggle. The child puts the 'creative juice' back into our lives. It reintroduces us to the light. Yes, even at work, if we let it.
Writing has always meant a great deal to me, but more often than not I could be beset with long periods of 'writers block' when nothing seemed to go right, and all I could manage was a few words, which needless to say would then be torn up.
Under Michael' s direction I began to pay attention to all the negative thoughts careering around in my head, inhibiting the creative process! I was astounded, a real relevation! Then I began to realise just how dispiriting this mind set could be, and how easy it was for me to lose confidence in what I was doing So much so in fact that I would give up!
However gradually I began to see that 'living a life of struggle' was a core belief of mine. I recreated the struggle on a daily basis. It slowly began to dawn on me that I needed to revise my outlook on life just a tad.
I also learned that if we are not careful, we shy away from the unknown because it is completely uncharted territory, and therefore scary. We naturally gravitate towards the familiar even when it's not necessary the best way to be. Like attracts like; because struggling with life is so familiar it's easy to fall back into automatic pilot.
I then made a point of spending a few minutes throughout the day checking my thought processes out.. Michael kept me on my toes. Once again I was astounded at how easy it is to fall back into old patterns I saw that the 'blocked writer' was indeed a hyper critical aspect of myself, unwilling to see anything go down on paper unless it was perfect at the first attempt. He was very goal orientated, and never let me off the hook. No time for play! Grim indeed! No second chance!
My child-like enjoyment had disappeared. Writing became a chore! My hyper-critic was so fixed on a perfect end result that the child had no room for manoeuvre, and certainly no room to play around with ideas. I wrote on automatic pilot, no longer enjoying the process of writing itself. And the joy of writing and living for that matter comes from the present moment. Living in the Now!
THE HEART HAD GONE OUT OF MY WRITING. I WAS NO LONGER WRITING FROM THE HEART.
Michael helped me put the heart back into my writing by embracing the light playful innovative nature of the 'inner child' once again. Playing in the Light means we need to reconnect to our own creative selves. In this way we can make our own unique contribution to the world.
Michael is also a great respecter or boundaries unlike my own hyper-critical self, so engrossed in the end result that there was never any room for the 'creative child' to play around with any ideas - to everything there is a season. He taught me that light moves in waves, and since we are beings of light we instinctively react to the ebb and flow of these waves. When we follow their natural rhythm, we create space to integrate our new knowledge effortlessly and then act accordingly. Apparently I am a dab hand at cutting the waves short ' or truncating them as he calls it.
He reminded me that the childish part of my nature was of course the most vulnerable, and the part that was totally dependent on grown ups for sustenance. The part that always looked up to the grown ups and was a people pleaser, as we all are, at the expense of our own unique creative expression. The child was never given sufficient space to develop and contribute fully to the creative process.
- Michael is the Bringer of Light
- He teaches the importance of understanding the ebb and flow of light waves.
- To everything there is a season. Don't cut anything short at the expense of another, e.g. child/critic!
- He is a great respecter of boundaries, so ask for his assistance in troubled times.
- Light is at the heart of everything, and yet we lose our connection to it throughout our lives.
- Michael therefore helps put 'the heart' back into our lives.
- This helps us live more in the present moment, and to have more FUN in the our lives.
